According to Hinduism, chakras are vital points on the physical body that serve as centers where energy flows in and out of the spiritual body. There are seven main chakras, each of which is associated with our physical, mental, and emotional interactions.

1^st Chakra (Root/Base) — Survival/Family issues
2^nd Chakra (Navel/Sacral) — Creativity/Reproduction
3^rd (Solar Plexus) – Self Esteem/Relationship to the world
4^th Chakra (Heart) — Love/ Joy/Prosperity
5^th Chakra (Throat) — Communication
6^th Chakra (Third Eye) — Intuition/Intellect/Psychic
7^th Chakra (Crown) — Spirituality
