Leaf Fossil, Large

A large well-preserved davidia antiqua leaf fossil from the Green River formation in Uintah County, Utah, Eocene Epoch (56 to 33.9 million years ago).

Restoration alert: the entire leaf is intact, but the upper right corner of the matrix has been glued.

Approx: 5 1/2″ H x 5 3/8″ W x 3/4″ D;  27.5 oz.
