Leaf Fossil Pair

A well-preserved matching pair of leaf fossils, on either side of a cleavage inside the host rock, from Utah, Eocene Epoch.

Please see last photo for an idea of how the host rock looks together, with a crack down the middle where it separates into the two halves.

Whole host rock approx: 8″ H x 7″ W x 2″ D; smaller half 7 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ x 3/4″

total = 4 lbs. 11.4 oz.
