Spinosaurid Dinosaur tooth fossil from Spinosaurus sp.
Cretaceous (100 million years ago).
Moroccan Sahara.
A giant predator with finely serrated round teeth, Spinosaurus had a large crocodile like snout and hunted fish. Their distinctive back-sail could have been used to control temperature or for display.
